How many pets can I add for free?
Two, with every feature. Petlook Plus adds as many pets as you like and sharing with your household. It's a one-time purchase, and Family Sharing covers your family.
How do I share with my family?
In Petlook, open Settings and turn on iCloud sync under Household, then tap Household to send an invite. Inviting needs Petlook Plus. Joining a household is free.
Will everyone get my reminders?
No. Reminders are per person. Every card has its own Reminders switch on each phone, so you only hear about the ones you want.
How do I track a walk?
On Apple Watch, open Petlook and tap the plus next to Walks, then Track. The first time, allow Health and location. Tap the stop button when you're back. Tap Walks to see the week's walks.
How do I delete a walk or meal I logged by mistake?
On iPhone, swipe it or press and hold it in Today or in the card's history. On Apple Watch, open the log and swipe it.
I bought Petlook Plus on another device.
Open Settings in Petlook, then Petlook Plus, and tap Restore Purchase.
Where is my data?
On your iPhone and Apple Watch, and in your own iCloud if you turn on sync. We can't see it. The privacy policy has the details.
